Shipping Information
• Standard Shipping: $20 flat rate
• Express Shipping: $25 flat rate
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, with plant orders sent on Mondays and Tuesdays to help minimise transit time.
Accessories, plant supports (such as plant climbing frames, poles, and trellises), plant care products, and other non‑live items (including pots, nutrients, and neem oil) can be posted on any day of the week.
However, if your order includes live plants, the entire order will be shipped together on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
If you order three or more plants in a single order, they can be sent together without any additional postage cost. To ensure safe and compact shipping, most plants and those in combined orders of 3+ will be wrapped bare-rooted or in sphagnum moss.

Due to quarantine restrictions, we are unable to ship plants to Western Australia, Northern Territory, or Tasmania at this time.

While we do our best to package and prepare your plants for a safe journey, we cannot guarantee perfect conditions during transit and are not responsible for how parcels are handled once they leave our care.

As this is a personal service, please contact us via email or messenger on Facebook to arrange a suitable day and time for delivery. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule — keeping our local customers happy is always a priority.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.
Sale and clearance items are non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged or you have any concerns, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your plant (with photos) so we can assist you as best we can.
