Shipping

Standard Shipping: $20 flat rate
Express Shipping: $25 flat rate
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, with orders sent on Mondays and Tuesdays to help minimise transit time.

Please note:
Due to quarantine restrictions, we are unable to ship to Western Australia, Northern Territory, or Tasmania at this time.

While we do our best to package and prepare your plants for a safe journey, we cannot guarantee perfect conditions during transit and are not responsible for how parcels are handled once they leave our care.

We’re happy to offer local delivery within the Merimbula area!
As this is a personal service, please contact us via email to arrange a suitable day and time for delivery. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule — keeping our local customers happy is always a priority.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.
Sale and clearance items are non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged or you have any concerns, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your plant (with photos) so we can assist you as best we can.
